poppystamps: Prayers

Hi there, Marybeth here today! I am sharing a card I created with Poppy Stamps: Sending Scribbles and Sending Scribbles die set. Even though this is one stamp and die set it has many different ways to use it and I think the sentiments are perfect for many uses, seems to be my go to set right now.

I used my Zig Brush pens, to color in my cut and stamped image. Since I used watercolor card stock I didn't have to add much water as the paper drinks up the brush pens very well, and I wanted to keep the vibrant color. I scored some random lines across my white panel for some added texture.

Here is a picture of the dies and stamp set. If you look closely you can see I have a cut out and stamped... Sending... sentiment that I decided not to use this time. Instead I just tamped the sentiment with a soft gray ink.

I used some pinkish orange and fall-ish colors for this card since its almost fall and still summer. I am really liking that pumpkin-ish color bloom and might add another one to this card.

Hi there! Marybeth here today sharing some fun new products from Poppystamps for fall or anytime of year! I've made a card like this before but not with these leaves or sentiment.

I love this new sentiment from one of the new clear stamp sets: Sending Scribbles!

I simply inserted the dome (that I bought a long time ago) into the cut circle, then used fun foam to raise the rest of the panel. I placed the cut leaves in a pile on the center of my card then placed the window panel on top.

Using the vibrant Peerless water color sheets for my coloring of the stitched leaves,( bought from Birch Press Design, linked below). I used only the two smaller leaves from both sets: Stitched Maple Trio and Stitched Oak Trio.
