Valentine's Day Shaker Card
by Nadine Carlier

Valentines Day Shaker Card by Nadine Carlier

Hello! Nadine here today sharing a Valentine's Day shaker card. Have you all started making your Valentine's Day cards yet?
For my card, I used the Poppystamps Grid Heart Frame cut from white cardstock and the Graceful Heart Frame cut once from white cardstock and once from pink vellum. To adhere the two Graceful Heart Frame layers together, I used my Xyron Creative Station Lite. I then adhered the two layers onto the Grid Heart Frame layer.

1

Instead of using acetate to make my shaker card I decided to use some pink vellum behind the Grid Heart Frame. I then added some 3D Foam Tape and for the inside of my shaker, I used the hearts that were cut out from the Grid Heart Frame and some pink seed beads.

2

Then I took the big heart that was cut from the Graceful Heart Frame and used one of the stamps from the Poppystamps Valentine's Fun Clear Stamp Set and stamped it with Delicata Pink Shimmer ink.

Challenge Reminder: A Witchy Halloween Shaker Card
by Nadine Carlier

Halloween Witch Shaker Card by Nadine Carlier

Hello, Nadine here today with a reminder to enter the PSC#61 Enchanted Challenge.  The rules are simple, you just need to use a die or stamp from Poppystamps and create something that is "Enchanted". Plus if you enter you could win a gift card to the Poppystamps store!!

Halloween Witch Shaker Card by Nadine Carlier 1

I had made a video showing you all how I created this card but technology was not on my side and somehow the video got corrupted so I lost it. :( So I will do my best to explain how I created my card.
I first started with a white piece of cardstock for my card front and rounded off the top of it.  Then using some Copic markers and an airbrush machine I sprayed the top half with some orange markers and the bottom half with green markers. I then took the Poppystamps Magical Cauldron Die and cut it out of the background piece I used the Copics on. For the witch, I used the Poppystamps Spellcaster Witch Die and cut the witch out of black cardstock. Just under the Cauldron, I used the Fa-Boo-Lous stamp from the Halloween Fun Stamp Set. Where I cut out the cauldron on the backside I added a piece of acetate and then added some 3D foam tape around the cauldron to add some shaker elements and then went all the way around the rest of the back of the card front with the 3D foam tape. Then attached the card front the card base to seal in the shaker elements.

Using one of the circles from the MemoryBox Basic Circle dies I cut out a moon and used airbrushed some yellow Copic Markers on it and adhered it to my card. Stamped some bats from the Halloween Fun Stamp Set around the moon. Then I adhered the witch to the front of the card with some 3D foam squares.

Autumn Decor Plate
by Nadine Carlier

Autumn Plate by Nadine Carlier PS

Hello, Nadine here I have had this plate for a while now and never use it, so I decided to decorate it so it is a pretty piece to have out for the Fall season.

Supplies 1

I used three different colors and styles of StyleTechCraft Vinyl. I used Opal Vinyl in AmberLuster Vinyl in Bronze and Ultra FX Vinyl in Rust

Supplies 2

I die cut out a bunch of leaves using Poppystamps Maple Trio and Poppystamps Autumn Leaf Set dies. I then arranged the leaves onto the plate to get an idea of how I wanted them and then adhered them into place by pulling the backing off of the vinyl and sticking them down. Super easy to do with a beautiful outcome to display for the season.
