Christmas Trees
by Marybeth Lopez

Hello to you all. Marybeth Lopez   here with you today.

May the peace and joy of Christmas fill your hearts at this time of year and always.

I have a pretty pink Christmas card for you today. I used the Poppystamps Iced Pine Trees.

I layered the trees a few times, also layered the snow edges a few times. I added glitter to the snow edge and simply added to the card on top of the beautiful patterned paper by memory box.

Above is the paper pack that I used from memory box. I used the first one on the left, pretty pink , red and gold. I thought it gave a minty look to the card.

Not sure you can see in the photo but the bit of gold in the stripe on the patterned paper , gives just enough sparkle to the edge of the card.

I stamped the sentiment in red to bring the card together and add just a bit more red.

Thank you for stopping by today  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I hope you can find some ( good for you) crafty time.

God Bless you all.

Wishing You Joy
by Marybeth Lopez

Hello and Happy December to you all. We have been enjoying beautiful cold weather ( well colder for us) Hope you are all happy and well.

I have a Poppystamps Christmas card for you today . We could all used Joy , so I used Poppystamps Stacked Joy die along with the stamp set called Christmas Sparkle.

I used the memory  box 6x6 paper pad called Jolly Christmas from last year.

I left all the die pieces together and layered it twice. I added some glitter and then adhered to the patterned paper . I stamped the sentiment to the side as you can see on the card.

Under the patterned paper I added some card stock cut just a bit smaller.  This card had lots of layers to add dimension but still flat enough for mailing.

Simply made once I knew what I wanted to do. I did change this up before I came up with the simplicity of this one.

I hope you have a wonderful week.  I pray you can see the joy in each day, even the hards days.

God bless.

Poppystamps Challenge Reminder and my Guest

I used Poppystamps gorgeous :Leaf and Tendril foil plate. After it was foiled I used Poppystamps Leafy Branch Oval to cut the center of my card out. ( I didn't use the inside main die)

I loved using the: Poppystamps Brilliant Geraniums Flower Set for this fall inspired card. I used white paper and colored myself with ink blending as pictured below. I did the same for the leaves.

I slightly rolled the tips of the petals and leaves. I added crystals to some of the main centers of the cluster of blooms.

The sentiment is a pinkish foil, I used Poppystamps :You Are Amazing Poe Script from Poppystamps .

Thanks for the visit and don't forget to check out my guest: Nancy linked above.

Merry Christmas
by Marybeth Lopez

Hello, hope you are all doing well. Wow can't believe we are almost middle of November.

I have a sweet simple Merry Christmas card using the new Poppystamps Grand Whittle Reindeer and Christmas Sparkle stamp set.

I had this sweet piece of gingham fabric lying on my desk and thought it would be fun to use one a card. It cut very nicely and I glued it onto a cut with cardstock piece of paper. I like how it added a new element of texture to the card.

This is such a a darling die with many possibilities.

I did end up cutting apart the stamp set to use just the" Merry Christmas." Both can be used together again when I want to combine them.

You can see in this picture where I cut them apart.

I hope you have a wonderful week. Thank you for the visit.

Whittle Hello
by Marybeth Lopez

Hello, Marybeth Lopez  here with you today. I made this fun little Halloween card with some of the new fall Poppystamps dies.

Thankfully all my links are working now. There was  few technical difficulties and it seems to be fixed now.

I used watercolor card stock from memory box 300gsm for my background  panel , then did a few splatters.

As you can see below I ink blended all my colors you see on the card. Nothing too precise as you can see on the next to photos.

I used Ranger Distress Oxide  for my ink.

I layered the Halloween Assemblage spider web twice , once with the leftover ink blended paper and second layer with Vintage Pastel Mirror Pad Fp1002.

The picture above showed you how I kinda randomly placed my dies. I cut it out twice. One for the contrasting color and just to have a double layer of shoe.

I hope you are all doing well and hanging in there. Thanks so much for stopping by.

So grateful for the cooler weather, we had a long heat wave.

God Bless.
