Allison Frazier

The Creative Sprout

Hello, Everyone! My name is Allison, and I live in beautiful Colorado with my family. I have always loved art, although the left side of my brain took me on quite the detour, as I spent almost half of my life in corporate tax. Even during that time, I would constantly find an escape through art of some sort. I stumbled upon card making several years ago, and it has been one of my happiest and fulfilling discoveries. Given that I have two boys and two crazy pups, card making is also sometimes my source of sanity and therapy! I have always believed that life is too short, which has led me to live in many different places, travel to different countries, and try some pretty crazy things, such as bungy jumping and paragliding. My card making style probably stems from this, as I enjoy trying all different kinds of techniques. I am so blessed to be part of the card making community – it is so incredibly supportive and inspiring. I look forward to sharing my creations with you here and on my blog The Creative Sprout.

Crafting While I Wait

Hello crafty friends, I'm Birgit Norton and I live in the beautiful state of Maine with my hubby of 34 years.  We are empty nesters and recently became adopted into the grandparents league, with two beautiful grandbabies, both born in 2022, just three months apart.  I've always enjoyed crafting of all kinds since I could hold a crayon, but my passion is working with paper.  I started my paper crafting blog in 2012 and have never looked back!  Dies are my "go-to" tools and I would say that my design style is clean, layered and I adore anything cute!  When I'm not playing with paper and ink in my craft room, I enjoy gardening, furniture restoration and DIY projects.  I'm super excited to be joining the Poppystamps team and hopefully inspiring you along the way!

A Kept Life

Hi! I live in Northwest Indiana near Chicago with my DH Roger, and Akita dog Miss Moriko. My hobbies include reading, gardening, and cooking, but my obsession is paper crafting. And my favorite craft product to play with is CRAFT DIES! I love clean graphic designs, color block and adding blingy extras. I have been crafting for as long as I remember, trying everything from candle wicking and leaded glass to jewelry and crochet. I can’t resist a rainbow of colorful ink, paper or markers. My time crafting is a sweet escape and a fun way to express myself. I am excited to be a member of the Poppy Stamps Design Team and can't wait to share my love of paper crafting with you.

CardsNCraftSync

I'm a passionate card maker with a love for creativity and crafting. My card-making journey began in 2013, and over the years, I've continuously refined my techniques and ideas. In 2017, I embraced the world of Instagram, where I discovered a wonderful community of cardmakers that inspired and elevated my craft. While I juggle a full-time job, card making has become my therapeutic escape, allowing me to express myself and spread joy through heartfelt designs. My cards are a reflection of my unique style and attention to detail, capturing the essence of every occasion.  With an unwavering passion for creating and an ever-growing dedication to my craft, I'm eager to share my creative journey with you all. Let's inspire and uplift each other as we celebrate the art of card making together!

My Paper Tales

Hello! My name is Lisa Elton, a wife, mom and gramma from Ohio. When I'm not making cards, I enjoy photography adventures with my husband (his hobby!) or baking with my granddaughter. I'm a former floral designer/instructor. I think that love of creating, color and mixing elements spills over into my cardmaking and often steers the direction of my designs. Blogging began for me in 2011. It's been a wonderful journey making many crafty friends along the way. It's exciting and an honor to be joining the Poppystamps design team! I hope I can bring a bit of inspiration to your day!

Patty Tanuz

Hi! I am a Mexican art and computer teacher, professional, wife and mother of 2: Hassive & Alberto, I call them My Tattishos hehehe:)))
My passion for art includes painting, drawing, music, photography and of course scrapbooking and card making.
Taking pictures is something I’ve enjoyed since I was a little girl (and even today). I am the photographer of the family .... If my lens does not capture what my eye sees and feels, then the picture is not right.
I’ve always been a scrapper, without knowing it was really scrapbooking. All my life I had a diary, and that's where I "practiced" my craft with materials that my mother gave me such as little buttons, pins, bits of cloth, etc.
I love to create and capture the great moments of my life in my scrapping work... People say that my style is characterized by a number of techniques and details that I apply on my cards and pages.... I love to make cards too. Kisses for all:)

Finding Peace Stamper

Hi, my name is Rachel. I live in the Seattle area. I am a wife, a mom of 3 young adults and 2 small dogs.  I have fond memories of coloring since childhood. I was introduced to cardmaking almost 25 years ago, but the obsession happened in the past four years! You can find me in my craft room daily. My style  is a bit of everything from clean and simple to mixed media! Cardmaking is relaxing, therapeutic and it allows me a path into the world of art and creativity. I think of cards as little pieces of art that can be shared with someone to brighten their day.

Sphoorti Madugula

Hello! My name is Sphoorti. It’s a hard name, so please feel free to call me “Sporty”. I’m based in sunny Southern California. I’m a software engineer in the streets and a crafter in the… well, you know! LOL. I started making cards (professional ones, as opposed to the pieces of copy paper I used to fold in half and stuck confetti to when I was a teenager) in 2017 (shortly after I started Calligraphy as a hobby, which led me to serious cardmaking). This is my first full-term design team gig and I’m beyond thrilled and absolutely honored to be a part of the Poppystamps team! I hope I live up to my name (which means inspiration in my native language, Telugu) and inspire you with my cards. My style is mostly clean and simple, but I’ll try to expand my comfort zone and provide different styles for more inspiration.

Diary of an Inky Girl

I live in Georgia, just north of Atlanta. I have been making cards for over 10 years. I started card making when my two boys were young. It was a way for me to get creative and feel accomplished because I could actually complete a project! I made all their thank you notes, birthday invitations, you name it! I love doing all things crafty and have been crafty all my life (sewing, quilting, crochet, cross stitch – I have done it all) but would have to say that cardmaking has been the one crafty thing that I have done the longest! By day, I work in talent development and I have been with my organization for almost 30 years – so you can say I tend to stick with things! My kids are grown now and card making expanded from my creative outlet to connecting with others that enjoy this craft! My go to form of coloring is alcohol markers but I love to create cards and tags with stamps, inks and dies! I periodically teach cardmaking classes at local stamp store and the enjoy sharing this craft with others! I am excited to share my crafty creations with you!
