PSC#121 Get Your Spook On!   It's that time of year when we can masquerade as just about anyone or anything we want to be for one magical evening. I can't wait to see the kids dressed up and on parade as they trick or treat around the neighborhood.  This month we're looking for Halloween projects.  Projects can be for any occasion, and you're not limited to making cards.  We welcome home décor, page layouts, tags and everything in between!  It's your choice, just be sure to use at least one Poppystamps die or stamp on your project!  You must use a Poppystamps product to be eligible to win!

I am fairly new to crafting and have only been card making for about two and a half years. I fell into this hobby after my young daughter accidentally found some Jennifer McGuire videos on YouTube, and I decided to try out some craft supplies. I was instantly hooked! Outside of crafting, I have a corporate job and enjoy spending time with my family. My daughter is both my biggest cardmaking supporter and my toughest critic. She will be the first one to point out any ink or glue smudge, but she also helps me clean my craft room, so she’s a keeper!

She makes beautiful, elegant and delicate projects with a lot of love... When I saw her work I invited her to participate as a designer in a cardmaking group in Mexico... I love her work because she is absolutely clean and gorgeous... I like her friendship, I hope you like her work!

Hello! I am Hilda Luevano.  I am married, we just celebrated our 35th anniversary, I am a mother to 3 boys and little more than a year ago I became a grandmother for the first time! Becoming a grandma is something that fills my heart with joy and happiness! 

 

Since I was a child I really enjoyed doing crafts. I practiced scrapbooking without knowing what it was called, I've officially been scrapbooking and cardmaking for about 12 years now and I love it!  I really like cutting paper, card making and making boxes of all kinds.  I try to keep up with all crafts and new trends, I enjoy learning new techniques.  It’s my happy place, it’s very therapeutic for me.  Thanks to this magical hobby of crafting I have met wonderful people whom I love and from whom I have learned a lot, some personally, others virtually.

PSC#116 Bloom Where You Are Planted - In our little corner of the world we're seeing farmers markets, nurseries and home improvement stores stocking up with flower baskets, shrubs and vegetable seedlings.  Are you getting your garden ready?  Maybe you're thinking about selecting the annual basket you bring Mom for Mother's Day.  This time we want to see flowers and foliage.   We welcome all your crafty projects including home décor, page layouts, tags, cards and everything in between!  It's your choice, just be sure to use at least one Poppystamps die on your project!  You must use a Poppystamps product to be eligible to win!

Blog:  Crafting By The Beach

Hello! I have been a card maker since 2007 and find so much joy in creating AND sending Happy Mail!  I live on beautiful Old Cape Cod with my Hubby of almost 36 years. We have an amazing daughter and son-in-law and 2 fabulous little granddaughters, Penny 6 and Evie 2 months. Penny is becoming quite the card maker! (finally, someone to leave my craft room to lol). And as soon as Evie can hold a Copic, I'll get her hooked too! I retired last December and my number one project is to clean/purge/organize my craft room--wish me luck! I am very happy to be Guest Designing here at Poppystamps! So FUN!!! And if I had to describe my card making style I would say.....eclectic.....I do a little bit of it all! Thanks for having me!
