Merry Christmas by Marybeth Lopez

Hello friends, Marybeth Lopez here today.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Peace and Goodwill to you all.

I haven't used this masking tape method of card making in a long time. I have seen many done in watercolor as well. I used Poppystamps  stamp set is called Christmas Banner CL513, Flock of Birds die 2568 and memory box Poinsetta Plaid 6x6 paper sheets for the bit of the frame on this card.

I added the little bird on top of the tree after I took the tape off then added the Merry Christmas Banner.

I simply added the washi tap onto my watercolor cardstock ( it comes of very easily) 

The one above is my first try, as you can see I over stamped past to tape ( on the left).  On the second try I made sure to have the wave of the stamp fit nicely to the next word. Or you can use the straight stamps it's up to you. You could fill the inside with images as well , not just words.
