Poppy Stamps has gorgeous stencils and this is my favorite, the Deco Diamond Layering Stencil. I used different shades of blue Distress Oxide Inks and blue foil for my background.

Final (2)I framed my background with Poppy Stamps Scalloped Frame die and added bling to my large sentiment to make it pop.
