Sending Smiles
by Candice Crawford
Hey there crafty friends!
Candice here, on the blog sharing another card using the new Gracious Floral stamp and coordinating die set from Memory box. This set features a large floral stamp and several all occasion sentiments along with coordinating dies for both the floral image and a few of the sentiments.
Today's card is very clean and simple which is my favorite type of card to make. To begin, I stamped the large floral image with Versmark ink onto a piece of Vellum cardstock and heat embossed the image with white embossing powder. Next, I die cut the image using the coordinating die from the stamp and die set.
For the background I cut several 1/4 inch strips of cardstock from white and three shades of pink cardstock and adhered them to my white A2 card base ensuring there was white strip in between each pink strip. Next, I stamped the sentiment "Sending Smiles" in Versafine Black Onyx ink.
Lastly, I added some gold pearls onto the card for added glitz and glam to the card. I really enjoyed how this card came out. The new Gracious Floral stamp is absolutely gorgeous and great for all occssasion cards. I hope you too have enjoyed today's card share and found inspiration. Until next time. Happy stamping!!!
