Hello Dear Friend
by Lisa Elton
The month of May has always said geraniums to me. I have put a large pot of them on my front porch for as long as I can remember! I'm sharing some pretty white blossoms on this card using the Brilliant Geraniums dies.
I nestled a layered butterfly among them using the Large Stained Glass Butterfly die set. The top layer was cut from vellum to give it a delicate look. I used glue just under the body to let the wings flow.
The lovely Leaf Tendril Foil Plate provided a wonderful garden-like background for those die cuts. I used rose gold foil for the process. It was framed out with the largest of the Scallop Stitched Frames.
Vellum was also used to back the Hello Moonlight Script sentiment. Rose gold foil appears once again on the Modest Greetings 2 sentiment that I nestled under the leaves.
A special card to flutter it's way into the mailbox to say hello to a dear friend!
