Panda Love by Kim Singdahlsen

I am loving the new Valentine's release! The Heartfelt Pinpoint Frame has dozens of little hearts plus stitched detail separating each one. The Vintage Scalloped Heart has two hearts that layer beautifully, one with scallops and one with a sunburst of rays. I used a trio of coral pink papers to put together this pretty background for the sweet Whittle Giant Panda.

The Whittle Giant Panda is as charming as you would expect from any Whittle. He comes with one die but you cut one in white and one in black and then using the white one, you can see from the packaging picture above there are lines cut in that show you clearly where to trim to create a black and white panda.

The previously-released Lattice Plate die and the Double Diamond Lattice Plate die both fit over top of the Heartfelt Pinpoint Frame. My card uses the Double Diamond because the openings line up perfectly over the stitched accents on the heart plate and I love that detail.

I wanted just a small sentiment because I didn't want it to hide any of the background or the panda. I found a "sending love" in the Diamond Sentiments clear stamp set. I added it to a label from the Colwell Label Set.

You really can't look at this guy with all the hearts and patterns behind him and not feel the love!! I hope I've given you some ideas for all of the new heart products plus something new with the sweet panda!
