Challenge Reminder PSC# 100 Let It Snow
by Candice Crawford
Happy Wednesday crafty friends! Its that time of the month to remind you all of our monthly challenge. This month's theme is Let it Snow.
This time of year all that glitters is snow! We're looking for projects celebrating winter. This could be either a snowy scene, or keeping cozy by the fire with a warm cuppa, or maybe a winter birthday! Your project can be for any occasion and is not limited to cards. We welcome home decor, page layouts, tags and everything in between! It's your choice, just be sure to use at least one Poppystamps image (stamp or die) on your project!
Need a little more motivation to play along? The winner (chosen at random) of this challenge will receive a $20 Gift Certificate to spend on their favorites from the store!
You have until 12 am US EST on January 29 to link up your design here! We'll start a new challenge and announce the winners on February 1!!
Thanks for joining us! We can't wait to see what you make!
The card I created for the challenge this month a very glitter and full of the snow theme. I used the new Diamond Snowflake Oval Frame and the new Whittle Polar Bears die sets for the focal points on my card. I cut the frame from white glitter cardstock and the Polar Bears from plain white carstock where I colored there noses with my Copic Makers.
The background was created with my Distress Oxide inks in Speckled Egg, Broken China and Chipped Sapphire. For the sentiment on the card I heat embossed it with Silver Embossing powder using the Christmas Sparkle Stamp set.
I really like how this card came together. It looks absolutely stunning an glittery in real life. I hope you too enjoyed today's Challenge Project and found inspiration. There is still time to join the challenge to win a prize. Until next time crafters....Happy Crafting!

Hi Candice, This is a fabulous card, I adore how you have ombre'd the blues for the background, it gives a stunning background for the pretty die-cuts.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
