Cabin Snowglobe

Hey there crafty friends, Candice back on the blog today with another winter card. Today I am using the Cabin Snowglobe die set. I really like the versatility of this die as you can make pop-up Snowglobe cards or use the die set on its on for a focal image on the card.
I used the die’s today as a focal image on the card. I think this die set lends itself for masculine cards, therefore I will mailing this card to my brother for his birthday. Although the die set comes with several pieces to create a cabin scene, the card came together rather quickly.
For the background of the scene I used my Distress Oxide inks in Tumbled Glass and Broken China with water splatters to make the appearance of snow. I also used white glitter paper to add a bit of shimmer and shine to the scene.
