Floral Happy Birthday
by Candice Crawford

Poppystamps 7.15.22.1

Happy Friday crafty friends. Candice here on the blog with you today. Are you ready for the weekend? Its been quite a long week and I am certainly looking forward to the next two days of relaxing.  If you are planning to craft this weekend, here is a bit of inspiration for you to get your crafty juices flowing to create some beautiful birthday cards.

Poppystamps 7.15.22.2

To make this card I used several of the dies from the recent Poppystamps release. The Petite Blooms Flower set and the Brilliant Geraniums flower set. With both of these dies sets, I cut several of the flower images from white cardstock and colored with my Distress Oxide ink. For the background of the card I ued the Pinpoint Half ring plate.

The flowers are layered and very dinensional. To add more definition to the petals, I included some Copic Marker coloring. I just the love how this card came together. The sentiment was hot foiled onto a strip of white card stock using the Happy Birthday sentiment and my Go Foil and Press machine.

I really love how thi his card came togehter. The striking white background with the level of detail fromt the Pinpoint plate and the Scallop Stitch Frame dies provides such elegance. I hope you have enjoyed today's project inspirations and will hop on of on over to get some cradfting donee.
