Stained Glass Butterfly Card by Candice Crawford

Hey crafty friends, Candice here, back on the blog again today sharing another card from the Poppystamps new release.

Today’s card features the new small and large Stained Glass Butterfly Background dies, along with the new You are Amazing Poe Script greeting Foil and cut die set.

To make the card I first sponged on some Distress ink in Salvaged Patina, Squeezed Lemonade and Worn Lipstick, then added some gold splatters with some gold paint.

The butterflies for the card were die cut from white, gold and vellum cardstock and adhered together with liquid glue.

The butterflies were popped up with foam tape and then adhered to the card. My favorite part of the card is the sentiment that features the new foil and cut die set. It was so easy to foil the sentiment with gold foil and die cut it out with the coordinating die.
