Easter Bunny Basket tags
by Nancy Penir
Hello, Peeps! Are you enjoying spring break? With all the kiddies home, and Easter a few days away, I made some Easter basket tags I hope you'll enjoy.
These are large, and assemble rather quickly with the pieces die cut and ready to go.
I began by die cutting Whittle Cutie Rabbit in several of the plaid papers. These would be doubled with coordinating solid colors.
Rather than a tag die, I used the Basic Ovals to create my own die. That way it accommodated the elements in my design. Also
the grass was extended and shaped on the bottom like the shape of an egg.
It really stands out on the basket handle. My eggs are from my home grown chickens that lay Easter eggs! Blues and greens, browns and whites. They all taste the same, just the shells are different, and such a treat to gather each morning!
All my supplies are listed below, and the links take you to the shop. With lots of pieces already die cut, the tags go quickly. One note: The floral piece on the bottom right was first cut from white cardstock, then the 2 purples and green. The colored pieces were then cut and added to the base white.
Hope you were inspired to create some tags for your Easter baskets. Have a wonderful, happy, Blessed Easter!

These tags are just as sweet as can be Nancy! The colorful eggs from your "ladies" make the perfect photo backdrop. Lovely!
Hi Nancy, These tags are beautiful, I absolutely adore the 'look' on the bunny's face, it is adorable, and the papers you have used are gorgeous.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
