Happy Easter
by Tiffany Pryce Russom
Hey friends! Tiffany here with some Easter inspiration for you. I pulled out a bunch of supplies for this cute scene so let's dive in!
First, I started on the card base and background. I trimmed a piece of coral, foil cardstock from the Vintage Pastel Mirror Pad to an A2 size and added it to an A2 card base. I die cut the Double Diamond Lattice Plate from white cardstock and adhered it on top with liquid glue.
Next, I worked on die cutting all of my card front pieces. I die cut the Spring Bunnies from white cardstock and lightly ink blended brown ink on the edges. I also added some spots with a brown copic marker. For the ground, I used the leaf and grass die from the Woven Basket Pop Up Easel Set. I die cut both from two different green patterned papers from the Cottage Stripes and Dots Pad. I used some green copics and ink blended some green ink at the bottom for dimension. Lastly, I die cut several Farm Fresh Eggs from patterned paper from the Spring Plaid paper pad. The pattern is subtle, but the colors pick up the coral in the background. I adhered everything together with liquid glue and popped up the bunnies with foam tape.
For the sentiment, I die cut the word happy from the Marzipan Alphabet dies. I die cut two layers from white cardstock and the top layer from glitter cardstock from the Delicate Pastel Glitter pad. Using the same green patterned paper from the Cottage Stripes and Dots pad, I die cut the word Easter from the Splendid Happy Easter die. I embellished the card with several clear fairy drops around the panel.
Hope you're inspired to pull out some supplies and create your own scene! Please tag Poppystamps if you create a card inspired by this card. Have a great day!
