PSC#88 - Happy Birthday!

Challenge Badge

Welcome to the Poppystamps Challenge! We're so happy you've stopped by, and we sure hope you'll join us! On the first of the month, we announce a new Poppystamps Challenge with a central theme. The design team will provide samples for inspiration, and you can play along through the end of the month for your chance to win.

The winner of our blog badge for the Poppystamps Challenge #87 Happy Holly Days is johnsopa

The lucky winner of the draw (chosen by random number generator) for the monthly prize is Arlene

Please contact me (Jeanne) at poppychallenge@gmail.com to claim your prize.

Want to play?

The rules are simple - just create a project following the theme, use at least one Poppystamps image or die, and link it up here.  The design we love best will receive our winner badge to proudly display on their blog, and one lucky random winner will receive a prize.  You don't have to have a blog to play.  You can link to any online gallery.   In fairness to other players, we reserve the right to remove entries that do not use at least one Poppystamps image.   We ask that you link a maximum of  3 entries to each challenge.   You are welcome to link your design to other challenges.  Grab our badge to post on your blog post or sidebar!

PSC#88 - Happy Birthday! Did  you know that the number one occasion most people send a card is to celebrate a BIRTHDAY?   It's always wonderful to reach into your stash and find just the right card.. and the best part of making your own is being able to personalize it for the recipient.  This month we're looking for all types of birthday projects for all ages!  The challenge is not limited to cards - we'd love to see your page layouts, home decor, tags, and mixed media.   It's your choice, just be sure to use at least one Poppystamps image (stamp or die) on your project!

Need a little inspiration?  Here are some samples from our design team.  Want a closer look?   No worries.. we'll be featuring these projects on Wednesdays throughout the month, so you can see how each project was created.

Meet our first guest designer of 2022 - Jacquie Southas!   She's got a clean style with just the right amount of flair and she isn't afraid to try new things.  On her blog you'll find creations made with clean die cuts, watercolor, embossing, copic coloring and more!

I'm a west coast girl who has slowly made her way south from northern BC to beautiful San Diego where I live with my family. Well, sort of, as we are reaching the stage where our son and daughter are starting to move on and out. As a lifelong crafter I have to keep my hands busy and paper crafting, especially card making, is my favorite way to create and stay out of trouble.
