Challenge Reminder: PSC#87 HAPPY HOLLY DAYS!!! by Candice Crawford
Hi there crafty friends!
There is still time to participate in this month's challenge. Our theme this month is Happy Holly Days. For my inspiration project, I have created some snowman tags that go perfect for you Holly Day gifting!
To participate in the challenge - just create a project following the theme, using at least one Poppystamps image or die, and link it up here. The design we love best will receive our winner badge to proudly display on their blog, and one lucky random winner will receive a prize.
The tags I created for my inspirationproject are simple, quick and easy to make. My go to style for mass producing. To get started, grab the Thank You Stitched Tag, the Whittle Friendly Snowman die and the Memory Box Woodsy Plaid 6x6 paper pad as your supplies.
Next, die cut your tag base using the Thank you Stitched Tag Die from a sheet of 6x6 patterned paper. You can get 3 tags from one sheet. If you have the Happy Birthday Stitched Tag die you can use that die as well to make your die cutting go twice as fast.
Now die cut the layered snowman from white, black, orange and red cardstock scraps from your stash. Then assemble to snowman with some liquid adhesive. You can also die cut everything from white cardstock and color the hat, noses and scraf with markers.
Lastly, adhere the assembled snowman to your tag with some foam adhesive. Add either ribbon or twine to attached your tags to your Holly Day packaging.
Now its your turn to show us your creativity. We'd love to see your page layouts, home decor, tags, and mixed media. It's your choice, just be sure to use at least one Poppystamps image (stamp or die) on your project!
