All the Happiness
by Sue McRae
Happy Monday everyone! Sue here with some stamping today! I feel like I don’t do as much stamping as I used to. It seems to be all about the die cutting.
I inked up a floral image from the All the Happiness stamp set with embossing ink and heat set it with clear embossing powder.
To add colour to the image I used a small blending brush and a variety of dye inks. No need to stay within the lines for this technique. By inking up the image this way you can get the job done quickly. The image was die cut with the matching die.
I die cut the Double Scallop Oval from White Woodgrain Paper and temporarily positioned it on the card front so I could figure out where to stamp the sentiment. I used foam tape to adhere the oval frame to the light gray card base.
I attached the floral piece with thinner foam tape to the frame and added a variety of Fairy Jewels for a little bling!
Thanks so much for joining me today on the blog and I wish you a great week!

Hi Sue, I absolutely adore the double scallop oval, and I love your inking on the flowers, a fabulous card.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
So pretty, love the oval opening and the coloring is so pretty in all it's softness!
