Stuck On You
by Sue McRae
Hello crafters! Sue here with a card using some of the new dies from the Whittle Wonders release. There are a lot of cute Whittle critters and I chose to use the lizard along with some cacti.
I made the background first by die cutting a bunch of the lizards from white cardstock and adhering them to a white panel. I like the subtle texture and pattern it gives to the card.
Next I die cut the lizard and the cacti from watercolour cardstock. I used Zig Real Brush Markers to randomly swipe different shades of green and turquoise on the cacti and blended it out with water. I was in the mood for a fun lizard so I swiped the Zigs across it in rainbow colours and of course I had to add googly eyes to complete its cuteness!
I attached my lizard panel to the card base with foam tape and used foam tape to mount the cacti and lizard. The sentiment is from the new Whittle Wild Animal Sentiments set that has some fun puny sentiments to go along with all the new critters. The finished card is 4 ¼” square.
I hope you check out the new release here. Along with dies and stamps there are some jewels and woodgrain paper.
Have a great crafty week!

Hi Sue, A really lovely card, I adore the background created by lots of lizard die-cuts, so effective. Your colouring of the rainbow lizard and cacti really complete this card beautifully.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
