Hi and welcome! If you love bright, happy and spring color, you're in for a treat today! Nancy here and I've been playing with Poppystamps' newest release. Oh my, Spring Bliss!

Have you created a slimline card yet? I'll share a secret with you, this is my first. Couldn't resist Poppy's new Leafy Vines Slim Plate. It packs a wow on a slim line card! Here's a quick and easy 'how to' for you.

Here's a photo of measurements that will get you the base for a slim line card. 8" x 8 3/4", fold down the middle, and the beautiful Leafy Vines Slim Plate fits perfectly on the card's front, with a nice edged frame too.

Then the fun begins! Pale Eastery pastel? Monotone single color? Or Bright no holds barred wake up color! Just had to celebrate the season's change with a bold punch of color for this card!

My card's a slimline shaker with the new Farm Fresh Eggs cut from Glitter Card Stock moving around inside. I threw in some spring sequins too.

Pretty much an afternoon of decorating bliss on the front of a card! The slim lines fit easily in a business size envelope, or you can find colors online on Amazon and many  hobby stores too.

Hope you're inspired to try a slimline. Be sure to check out the Poppystamps' store for all the newest stamps and dies. And a big shoutout to our sister stores, Memory Box and Birch Press for their latest. New paper packs that will thrill! Hugs, all!

Hi Nancy, No, I haven't made a slimline card yet, my usual card sizes are 8" x 8" square cards, but I'm loving this slimline card you have created, the colours are glorious and so uplifting, a really happy card, thank you..
Lots of love from Patricia xx

WOW!!! Love your slimline shaker so much!! Such fabulous design and colours! The idea of the glittered eggs is very clever! And the vines panel looks really pretty!!
