Christmas Porch Easel Card
by Sue McRae
Hello everyone! Only a few days left until Christmas! I hope you have all your shopping done and cookies baked!
I’m stopping in with my last card for 2020 and final Christmas card with the Winter Porch Pop Up Easel Set.
My first decision was colour palette and decided on turquoise and red, one of my favorite colour combos.
This card is easy to put together, it’s just a matter of die cutting all the pieces in your chosen colours.
Once I adhered all the house pieces I decided to add a couple of large trees from the Evergreen Trio on either side of the door. I have three layers of white cardstock and the top layer is silver glitter cardstock. This gives the trees some thickness and make them stand out from the porch front.
The snow on the roof is white glitter cardstock and the greenery hanging on the front door is from the very tip of the large Holiday Mistletoe die.
For the inside of the card I have two sentiments. The white circle sentiment was heat embossed in silver and I tripled up the Holly Merry Christmas for some added dimension.
Thank you so much for joining me today and I thank you for following along with all my posts this past year. I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and all the best for a great 2021!
