You Kindness Inspires Me by Dana Kirby

Good Morning Friends and Welcome! I hope you all are doing well and enjoying some spring weather wherever you may be.  Today, I am sharing a card that uses some of my favorite products from the latest spring release. Let's get started, shall we?

I started my card by die cutting the Grand Watering Can from Bristol Smooth Cardstock. I added Distress Oxide Ink in Hickory Smoke to create some depth and shading. Next, I used the Floral Cluster Dies. I ink blended Distress Oxide Ink in Mowed Lawn onto the vines and stems. I then die cut the floral images from Shimmering Cardstock (Twinkling Jewel Glitter Pad) in yellow. This glitter cardstock cuts like butter, and adds the perfect amount of sparkle.

For my card panel, I used the Ring Tile Stencil from Birch Press Design. I used a soft yellow ink to create a subtle background.

Next, I attached a one inch piece of black and white patterned paper to my card panel. I then stamped my sentiment from the You Are Awesome Stamp Set onto a white strip and layered that onto my polka dot strip. 

To finish my card, I trimmed my card panel down and mounted it onto an A2 card base. I attached my Grand Watering Can to my card front with foam adhesive. Lastly, I layered my Floral Cluster around the base of my watering can.
