I had this alcohol ink panel lying around. I didn't like it so it's just been sitting there. I first dry embossed it with the new Memory Box Heart Bouquet 3D embossing folder. I then poured on some isopropyl alcohol to reactivate the colors. I kept moving the panel until it was all activated.
But I didn't stop. I added new pink and purple alcohol inks, layering until I was happy with the look. Once dry I used a fine nail file over the embossed areas to remove the alcohol ink and make them stand out more.
I cut the panel to size and cut the Meadowblossom frame from white cardstock and layered over it. The heart shape in the embossed panel just fits inside the cut out heart on the meadowblossom frame, so pretty! I then cut the Love flourish from white cardstock and placed it inside the heart.
