A Challenge Reminder: Use a Heart By Nancy Penir

Hi and welcome to a reminder that there's a challenge going on the Poppystamps Blog: use a heart in your project. Did you enjoy the Blitz? So many wonderful new dies in the Valentine Collection. And wonderful ideas from our design team. Hope you're among the winners!

The new Floral Lace Heart Split Border was my starting point for my card. I chose glitter paper in black and white for drama, with a bit of red for added impact. the die itself cuts the beautiful lacy heart, like butter, I might add, and the image is placed over the black. Easy Breezy! 

I cut my Love Flourish die in red glitter paper, backed it in silver, and glued it to the front. I punched the lacy heart up by adding red rhinestones to the center of the little florals.

I just love getting the most from my dies by using some of the incredible papers on the market! I think someone special will instantly know they are loved when they get this card!
