A Halloween Hello
by Dana Kirby

IMG_4422

Hi Friends! It is Dana here and I am so excited to be joining the Poppy Stamps Design Team!! Today I am sharing a Fun Halloween card with you all that uses many Wonderful dies from the Latest Release. I started my card by creating my background. I used Color Burst powders in Merlot and Indigo and a little Nuvo Shimmer Powder in Storm Cloud. I added the powders to watercolor paper and spritzed them with water until I created my desired background.

Next, I used the Double Stitch Rectangle Frame to create my frame for my card panel. I then die cut the Magical Cauldron and Scary Ghost for my card design. I also die cut the Magical Cauldron from my card panel to add the fun stitched vapor and bubbles to my card front.

To finish my card, I used the Halloween Fun stamp set to stamp my sentiment in a watermark ink and heat set it with white embossing powder. Lastly, I attached my card panel to my A2 card base and attached my die cuts to my card front.
