To All My Peeps
By Jeanne Jachna

Wow this month has been going so fast!  With the weather so fickle here in the midwest - snow one day, rain the next, I can't decide if it's Spring or Winter.  Nope!  Yes!  It's SPRING!  And we have been waiting a long time for it!
I was so worried that the bulb flowers coming up wouldn't stand a chance but they are resilient like us.  A little back tracking of cold weather isn't going to stand in our way right?
I stamped the rows of tulips and little birds from Easter Chicks (in my part of the world I'm calling them Robins because they're back from their Winter migration) with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers.  The images are easy to die cut with the coordinating window style dies that you place over the images and then die cut.
I stamped the sentiment along  the bottom of a panel that I inked with distress ink (Spun Sugar, Dried Marigold, and Squeezed Lemonade).  The tulips are adhered flat to the card panel, and the little birds are adhered with adhesive foam tape to add some dimension.
Wishing you a beautiful spring day!

So beautiful Jeanne! love the birds and tulips! TFS

Hi Jeanne, I know what you mean about the weather, it is the same here in the UK, we had some nice weather so I planted some annual plants and the following day we had a thick frost, thankfully they were in the back garden and slightly sheltered, and now over the Easter holidays we are having a heatwave, it hasn't rained in a long time now, we will be having hosepipe bans this year if it carried on.
Your card is lovely, such a happy card, the background is gorgeous and the tulips are so beautiful and the birdies are sooooooo cute !!
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Bright and cheery! Happy Easter!
