Spring Garden
by Michele K. Henderson
Hello Everyone!
Welcome to the Poppystamps blog today, and welcome to the warm spring weather! Today, I am sharing a card I created that our gardening friends are going to love! I only used TWO dies, but with a little fussy cutting and trimming, these two dies can create a lush, detailed design!
I started out by cutting out the Spring Pots Frame three times, in three shades of green, then I cut off the bottom row of pots and plants. Carefully layering my three cuts, so that little patches of green peek through, I then glues each layer down one at a time, creating a fresh spring green little arbor shape. Then I cut the tiny flower pots in different colors, and added the plants and leaves in different shades of green and purple. The cute Whittle Birds are resting on top! This tiny arbor scene is ready for Spring!
Thanks so much for joining us today! We'll see you in the garden!

Hi Michele, Such a pretty and springlike card, I'm especially loving your 'dropped shadow' with the frame die-set and those whittle birds are so cute and lovely.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
