Hello Birthday Girl
by Robin Tharaldson

Hello Birthday Girl Full WITH

Hi everyone thanks for stopping by today! I created this birthday card for a sweet young lady turning 3!  Yes, yes, yes...I know, another card with a word die, but I just love creating with the new Luscious Script dies!!! The possibilities are endless when you combine LARGE word dies with just about any sentiment!

Hello Birthday Girl CU1 WITH

For my card I used an embossing folder to create a textured background and then added three die cuts from Double Stitch Scalloped Rectangle Frames. I think the scalloped die cuts look like lace and helped create a feminine look to the card!

Hello Birthday Girl CU2 WITH

The word die was three times from white card stock and once from grey, I then glued them together with a slight offset with the grey layer.  Having the white behind really added dimension to the large die cut!

Hello Birthday Girl CU3 WITH

A simple wrap of pink yarn and a few of my favorite sequins finished my card! The following video will show you how easy it was to assemble this card!
