Majestic Mountains

Hello Everyone!

I am so glad you could join us today! Today I am sharing this peaceful winter scene featuring the adorable Wilderness Moose Duo! Take a look!

One of the things I often say is just how amazing it is that so many Poppystamps dies work so well together! Today I cut the Mountain Background in purple and white, the Wooded Glen Landscape in green and white, and the Wilderness Moose Duo in brown and matched them all together perfectly! When you create pretty winter scenes of your own, you can always experiment to use the dies in new ways. I love creating cards that have images extend outside of the frame, so I brought the tiny branches of the pine trees on top of the Pointed Rectangle Frame instead of tucking them behind the frame. It gives the card an expansive look.

One all of your images have been cut out, take a moment to arrange the scene before you begin gluing. I fooled with this scene for a while until I had positioned the moose and snow in just the right place. Sometimes a scene looks better with more foreground, or more sky, for example, to get the perspective just right.

Pretty winter scenes can work for so many occasions, so I hope you'll give it a try and share what you create too!

Thanks for joining us today!
