Bicycle Window Card
by Jennifer Svare

Hello!  I hope everyone enjoyed making Valentine's cards this past week!  I hope this card inspires you to give cards with a small gift attached, such as a decorative paperclip used for this card.  A charm was modified and glued to a gold paperclip, and makes a great add-on gift that is easily removed for use by the recipient.

This window card opens with a metallic space for writing.

Window Card Interior

For as many different techniques were used in this card, it's super simple to make... and fast, which I love!  In the video below, I'll also share a version of shrink film bicycles made with the stamps from the Valentine's Day Fairies set (really fun for shaker card elements!) I didn't use them for this card, but they would make great paperclip elements as well. Many of you may have seen Dave's recent YouTube video on the process of coloring shrink film embellishments.  If you haven't seen it, make sure to check that out~!

The tiny flowers on the front, as well as the interior flower were stamped using the Sending Scribbles Stamp set. Double Stitch Circle Frames made the perfect window frame.

A few tiny dots of Nuvo drops were added to the bicycle baskets for some added color.  The Finetec pastel watercolor paints (available at Birchpress Design) are metallic and this card really shines in the light!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, and I hope you enjoy the video below!
