Christmas Winter Scene
by Marybeth Lopez

Happy Thanksgiving to al of you in the USA! I have so much to be grateful for, every year, this one even more !

Hi there sweet crafty friends! Welcome to the November Blog Blitz.

We are already deep into the busy Holiday season, with Christmas just a bit away.

I made another clean and simple card using the darling Tiny Fawns and the new Large Window Cut Out ( thats the prize I am giving away today.  The window seal is layered 3 times , for the glitter background  I added a rectangle of double sided sticky paper then glittered it that give a nice even patch of glitter .Download-1

Many years ago I made a birch tree card, to make the branches I stamped a sentiment on top of them in a light grayish color to mock the lines on the real trees. That is what did on the Tree Trunks from Poppystamps

Here is a larger  picture of the stamped trees.

I used Masters Touch watercolor paper from Hobby Lobby ( I get a lot of questions  about that) Don't forget all you have to do is leave a comment for a chance to with the Large Window Cut Out Die 1970.

The Blog Blitz 20th-30th November So you have plenty of time to leave comments . Hugs and Blessing to you all!

Thanks for the visit today .

Hi Marybeth, Happy Thanksgiving to all our Friends in the USA.
This is a gorgeous card, quite mind-evoking looking through the window into the winter wonderland outside, really pretty.

Such a cute card ~ love the light colors and sparkle!u

Hi Marybeth,

I absolutely LOVE your designs, and this one is AWESOME!!!! Cute, dainty, innovative and GORGEOUS!!! I don't buy deer dies or stamps for the fact that I live in Puerto Rico and we don't have them, so they don't appeal to me. But these ones are ADORABLE and because of you I will be buying them!!!

Frosty prettiness! Great design & products!

Absolutely beautiful card.

Such a cute scene with those cute fawns frolicking in the woods. Great card. Thanks for sharing and for the tip about stamping on the trees!

What a great "snowy scene"! Thanks for sharing your creative card with us.

What a lovely scene. The little deer are sweet and the window cutout would make these scenes much easier.

Love this Marybeth it is just so cute and wintery too thanks for sharing.

I think this is such a stunning and so beautiful scene. Love the deer.

Oh my GOSH! This is so sweet! I love the look of the precious little deer (seriously, who doesn't love deer?) set with the birch trees and glittery white background! You created such a peaceful (and pretty!) scene here! I hope to be able to duplicate it someday! Hope your holidays are happy!

Such a beautiful card, and the window die could be used to create any scene. The trees and deer are lovely.

The snowflakes really look like they are falling from the sky. I just ordered the tree die. May need that window too.
