Shaker with Stitched Leaves
by Marybeth Lopez
Hi there! Marybeth here today sharing some fun new products from Poppystamps for fall or anytime of year! I've made a card like this before but not with these leaves or sentiment.
I love this new sentiment from one of the new clear stamp sets: Sending Scribbles!
I simply inserted the dome (that I bought a long time ago) into the cut circle, then used fun foam to raise the rest of the panel. I placed the cut leaves in a pile on the center of my card then placed the window panel on top.
Using the vibrant Peerless water color sheets for my coloring of the stitched leaves,( bought from Birch Press Design, linked below). I used only the two smaller leaves from both sets: Stitched Maple Trio and Stitched Oak Trio.
I couldn't wait to make another one of these shakers, to share on the Poppystamps Blog.

I've never thought to put anything else in the dome except for candy! I love the leaves because they are so beautiful!
Love leaves and these are so pretty and the shaker reminds me in a good way of washing in my front loader washing machine and how it looks when the bright coloured load is tumbling round, thanks for sharing.
From the little grandkids, to all the grown-ups in my family, everyone would love this card. It is absolutely stunning. Marybeth, you've made one gorgeous shaker card. LOVE this!! Guess I'll be doing a little (more) shopping soon, lol!!
