Embossing background- step by step
by Ilona Zbieg

Hi Everyone!

Today I want to show you how to create in a simple and fast way an elegant background.

We need:

  • Memory Box stencils
  • die cutting machine, e.g. Big Shot
  • embossing mat

What we need to do, step by step:

  1. We cut paper the same size as our stencil.
  2. We make layers: mat, paper, stencil.
  3. We put everything  into the machine. We turn everything and pull out and now we have a beautiful background.
  4. We make a project using our new background. Recently I did delicate Easter card.

As you can see, even without embossing folders, we can do embossing background.

Cudna kartka :)

Morning Ilona, Firstly, thank you for reminding me that I can use stencils for embossing, I will be trying this technique.
Your card is really pretty, the stencil creates a fabulous background for the lovely Easter Eggs, and the colours are so pretty.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
