Monkeying Around by JJ Bolton

A bit late with my post, but better late than never;)  I've got another Blog Blitz card today using the new Jumbled Happy Birthday Die!  This die is extra special for two reasons, it's oversized and it's only 2 pieces.  This die is so intricate and it makes a perfect jungle gym for a trio of monkeys:)  My three monkeys were die cut and colored with copics before assembly.  With a fine tipped pen, I drew in some eyes and outlined the die cut mouths.   These three monkeys are all separate dies, the Dancing Monkey, Hopping Monkey, and Happy Monkey.  Aren't they cute?    

For the background, I blended some natural green inks and then splattered with water and white mist spray.  The die cut words are attached with some thin foam tape.  This allowed me to hang my little monkeys.  I hope this card puts a smile on the birthday boy's face!
