Happy Easter
by Sue McRae

Welcome everyone. Today I have a cute Easter window card to share with you.

I began by stamping my background with the tulip image from the Easter Excitement stamp set in pink and yellow. To cut out the window I used the Memory Box Stitched Oval Layers die and for the frame I nested two of the dies together on some glitter paper.

On the inside of the card is the happy bunny holding its basket of eggs. The basket was cut from wood paper and the eggs and grass are from glitter paper. To complete the scene I added a couple of fluffy clouds die cut from wood grain paper.

I finished off with the Easter sentiment curved around the frame.

There's lots of great stamps and dies in the Easter Excitement sets and I think they're great all year long, not just for Easter.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today!

Super cute design, love the glittered eggs!!

So cute! I just bought the Country Baskets (& Bunny Buddies) to make my Easter cards this year. Better get busy ... lol Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi Sue, A very cute Easter card, I'm loving the Bunny carrying his basket of eggs and the glitter card and clouds look lovely. I love how the main images are on the inside of the card, viewed through the lovely oval on the front of the card. I love this !!
Lots of love from Patricia xx

So cute!

love this idea: it's a very nice card

what a cheerful, cute card!

A lovely dimensional card. It reminds me of the sugar easter eggs with the 3d scene inside. The viewer gets to enjoy the scene with the bunny twice, viewed through the oval and then again on the inside. Thank you for the creative inspiration.
