Toast For Two
by Marybeth Lopez

Hello! Oh my gosh where did January go!

I made this CAS card that was not simple at first, only because I had a different design in mind and I ended up not liking it. I do like this simple design, Hope you do too!

Don’t you just love this little toaster! I wanted it to look as though the toast just popped out of the toaster.

I cut some very tiny strips of acetate from an old stamp package. I added the toast to the acetate with

foam tape on the back then some embossing powder to that. I didn't want it to stick to the panel because

I wanted it to wobble and bounce around freely.

I cut the pink heart from Yes I Whale Die Set then layered  it 3 times. I also have some foam tape on the

of the back of the toaster. The sweet sentiment is from  You Melt My Heart CL407.

Now that I have the CAS ness :) of this card I will be making a few more.

See you tomorrow with another card.

that is too cute!

Adorable yet simplicity at its best!

So adorable! Lovely card -

Jeepers! Could you be any more clever? Leave it to you to take packaging left overs to make the "toast springs". It's that attention to details, even though the card is CAS, that makes your toast, I mean cards, the top of the heap. Thanks for sharing your amazing talent.

Mary, a simple card so beautiful!!!! Me encanta! :)

Soooo cute, Marybeth! Love that little toaster and how you've cleverly used the acetate to help them wobble a bit. Wonderfully fun card!!

What a fun card with the jumping toast...great idea to use acetate.

How SWEET is this!! The toast is so cute!!

Jumping, popped up toast? LOVE it!

Love the dancing toast! Clever use of the acetate! Such a sweet card!
