It's a Snowy Christmas! But a little snow won't stop the merry making this Christmas season! I created this cheerful card with a bright message to say Merry Christmas to all of our Poppystamps friends and family!

To create this textured background, I used a fun new embossing paste technique I've been playing around with this season. I cut two Distressed Snowdrift Collages from Memory Box Open Studio, out of a piece of thin cardboard, about the thickness of a wire notebook cover to make a stencil. I then carefully taped down my cardboard stencils with blue painter's tape, and then applied white embossing paste. The cardboard stencils worked great! I added the Jumbled Merry Christmas, Cheery Cardinals, and a few white card stock snowflakes cut from the Distressed Snowdrift Collage, for a very merry and bright, easy textured Snowy Christmas!
