Fire Place. No Cosy Fire.
by Pam Simpson

Hi everyone Pam here today..

IMG_7879-crop

Poor kitty is waiting for a fire..LOL.

I cut four "Grand Madison Fire Place`s" to give dimension.. I inked through the die with distress "Victorian Velvet" ink.. For the centre panel and hearth , used the same cutting die, just the back panel part, with 1" extra card at the bottom..

The grate is a small piece of black corrugated  card, bit of glitter and glossy accents. ..Friendly kitty is looking at "Blooming Poinsettia" flower, (where is the fire).. Bushel  Basket for the fireplace logs, ink, glitter and glossy accents.

Stocking garland in cream and black is hanging on the dark green leafy garland die. few tiny cards for the shelve.

Distressed blooming poinsettias, metal snowflakes, reindeer charm, beads, net, ..coloured with ink, white Gesso and glitter. Sentiment Poppystamps clear "Yuletide Birdies" stamp. DI Victorian velvet.

Not a quick card to make, but I really enjoyed creating this card.

Thank you for stopping by.. Pam x.

The layers and textures on that fireplace are simply adorable, Pam!

Wow, this is truly gorgeous! Every detail is amazing!!

a very pretty scene and I can tell a lot of thought went into this!

Oh Pam this is so amazing, you haven't missed a beat in putting this together, the details that you have added. The colors are so different than the usual Christmas colors of Red and Green, this just too good!
Can I ask, what embossing folder did you use?
Hugs,
gretchen

Hi Pam, Love it !! love it !! love it !! and this silhouette kitty looks just like my 'Lizzie' sat there.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Soooo Pretty!!

Beautyful!

What a wonderful Christmas scene - stocking hung by the chimney with care and a sweet kitty watching in anticipation knowing that milk will be put out for Santa!!
Merry Christmas Pam!
