Sparkling Shaker
by Sue McRae
Hi everyone, Sue here with a shaker card using the Exquisite Branch Frame.
First, I made a shaker pouch filled with sequins and snowflakes. The snowflakes were cut from glitter paper with the Valley Snowflakes dies.
I die cut some more of the snowflakes and adhered them to the shaker background so when all the sequins fall to the bottom of the card, there will still be something sparkling on the top half of the card. The frame was die cut from white card stock and covered with Stardust Stickles for a little shimmer.
The final touch was to add a sentiment. I wanted something that was subtle and wouldn't interfere with the delicate tree so I black heat embossed the Season to Sparkle greeting on vellum, cut it out and attached it near the bottom of the tree.
Thanks for stopping by the blog and hope you have a crafty day!
