Autumn Fritillaria Bouquet
Are you accepting it yet? Yes.. summer is gone and Autumn is here to stay. It's getting chilly here in the Chicago and I can't avoid it any more. A beautiful show of leaves makes the transition easier but I have to tell you I hated digging out a jacket and socks today!
I did some color blocking today in orange. I cut each section just a 1/4" longer than the last - so the bottom layer is 1 1/2" (shortest), middle 1 3/4", and the top layer is the longest 2". I matted this on a dark orange panel so it would peek through the open die cut image.
This pretty sentiment is from Memory Box and reminds me to enjoy every season, and to stop and appreciate the beauty of each.
Have a beautiful day!

I think your card is so pretty. I love how you used the die.
The coldest I've ever been was before I retired and traveled to Chicago in the winter. We don't have wool sweaters here much...felt like I was wearing Kleenex when I got off my plane. I quickly learned to do my winter wardrobe shopping up there. LOL It's actually cool here this a.m....well, cool for Florida. LOL
The sentiment goes so nicely with this happy-colored card!
