Swivel Tag
by Sue McRae

Hi everyone, I have a Christmas tag for you today that has a little swivel action.

P1290434c

First I die cut a tag from the Stitched Main Street Tags, then die cut the Westbridge Christmas Tree three times from blue card stock, adhered them on top of each other and added the tree die cut from glitter paper for the top layer.  I really like the dimension and depth of the tree!

I used a Stitched Landscape Die to cut my snow bank, applied adhesive to the front of it and then sprinkled Flower Soft on top for some fluffy snow.  My tree topper is the Stitched Holly Leaves and Berries die cut from silver glitter paper and silver metallic paper.

Next I die cut the largest tag from the Main Street Tags, centred it under my decorated tag and punched a hole through both tags and used my Crop-a-Dile to add an eyelet (this can also be done with a brad).

With the eyelet in place, the top layer swivels to the side so a message can be added.

Or you can add a gift card with removable adhesive and it will be hidden from the recipient. All they need to do is swivel the top layer to find the surprise!

Thank you for stopping by the blog today!
