Thinking of Cooler Weather

01-Merry Christmas - PS-8-2015

It's been so hot in California and the thoughts of cooler days have been haunting my creative thoughts. What could be cooler than Christmas?  And really, it's NEVER to early to start making Christmas cards....Right?

I die cut the Mod Snowflake Background and glued the outside of the cut to a 1/4 fold card base.  I then die cut the Vintage Merry Christmas and glued that to the background die.  And I'm loving using sequins.  They give a bit of bling, and they are flat to mail.  That's a win win in my book.

The inside was just as easy....

02-Merry Christmas PS-8-2015

I die cut the Snowy Scrollwork die, trimmed it to fit.  Added a sentiment and this card is finished.  I'm ready to put a few more of these cards together.  Can you believe how quickly the Holidays are speeding toward us....where does the time go?  My grandma said the older you get the faster time goes. I believe she was right!

Happy crafting and hugs from me to you!

This card is so elegant, simple and really sets up into Holiday mood! Just lovely!

Very pretty...love the background dies.

Mary - this is a lovely card with just superb beauty in it! Love the way the inside of the card is glammed up as well! Great job!!

The sequins were a pretty choice to go with the snowflakes, I like the sentiment on an angle like that and lovely inside too!

Simply gorgeous!

This is really pretty!

I really NEED to start on our Christmas cards NOW!!!

Would have loved to know the maker of that beautiful sentiment. I never see good sentiment stamps like that for the inside of cards. I must be looking in the wrong places as this proves they do exist.

Your card is so lovely... inside and out!!!
