Thinking of You!
I've been playing around with my dies....only I'm using the background dies as stencils. If you saw my post from April 6th, you saw my first attempt. I did like it. Actually this process was fun and I had to try my hand at it again.
In my last post, I explained that I had a failure, that turned to a success. This time, I used a background die and I die cut a background die, made a mask by spraying the cut-out with stencil spray, stuck it in place and then rubbed ink around the paper. When I lifted the mask to see what I'd created, I was pleasantly surprised!
I then die cut a frame. Created a sentiment on my computer, added a bit of ribbon and this card is done. I know, those who know me are saying, what about the inside? I needed a bit of room to write a little letter, so I left the inside blank.
I hope you find the time to have a play day and try this out. It was fun.....
Off I go. I know this was a bit short, I'm packing for a mini-vacation. I'd rather play, but it might be nice to be ready to leave.....
Have a most wonderful week. I hope you have time to play.
