Fancy Thanks

Hello crafty friends, Yoonsun here. I hope you have had a wonderful festive break and a fantastic beginning to 2015!!

The Christmas holidays came and went, it means I need to cover all of my christmas goodis and set aside AND then... time to make every day cards again! I thought I'd better make 'Thank You' card for all of my family and friends who organised our Christmas parties.

My card today, I used the inlaid die technique with Fancy Thanks Die. I cut the Thanks word on the white paper panel several times. I then cut the die out of grey cardstock and inlaid the grey coloured pieces into the white cardstock. To finish it off, I sticked 2 different patterned washi tapes at the bottom part of the panel and tied the white & blue twine, lastly adhered gold glittery 'Thanks' piece on the washi stripes using dimensional foam tape.

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Beautiful, Yoonsun. Reminds me a bit of one of the last cards I submitted to a PCS call... I absolutely love that die. Even had a card picked up using it, unfortunately for the never-to-be-published May 2015 issue!
