Scary and Bright

Something wicked this way comes, and it's a colorful Halloween card! But don't worry, there's a treat coming your way too - a chance to win the Scary Background Poppystamps die! Just leave a comment every day until July 15th and you could win one of these wonderfully wicked holiday dies!  It's a BOOOOOtiful way to be creative!

Instead of using cardstock behind the large stencil cut, I made my own colorful paper with some acrylic paints and a brush. Just pick your favorite scary colors and blend the paints right there on your pre-cut card cardstock background piece to create a scary scene. Place a small piece of white cardstock behind the "R" and add two creepy eyes for a sneaky vistor. Decorate with your favorite enamel dots or embellishments.

It's another easy way to get a new look from your favorite large word dies. Enjoy the new Poppystamps Holiday Release!

Live your life in color!
