The colours of Spring

Hello from sunny British Columbia!  I for one am so glad the winter blahs are over and done with and we can now look forward to some sunshine!

I decided to create a sunny card this time around.  I used some bright colours and some bling to dress it up some.

I applied a yellow ribbon to the cardstock and then used the Mod Flower Border, the Delaney Butterly, the Gentle Leaf and the Meadow Leaf.  Then I added some florals from my stash.  It's different but I kind of like it :)  Hope you do too.

A bright and sunny card! We are having a dull cloudy day in Ontario. The Delaney butterfly is the perfect compliment to the Mod Flower border, I must remember that detail. The flowers in the corner are the perfect embellishment. I like the patchwork quilt look to your card, it gives the eye many places to look. Thank you for sharing this inspiring card today,.

Thank you so much for your wonderful comments, Jacquelene. If I could bottle up some of the sunshine and send it to you in Ontario, I most certainly would. Our weather isn't going to last though - it never does! :) Thanks again for your kind words :)

Lovely card, I really like the idea of the quadrants & the mod flower die on top.

What a sweet spring card Yvonne, it has such sunny colours!
