A Little Birdie

Hi and Happy Monday!  After loosing an hour sleep because of the time change I hope your'e not running late!  I hate having to reset my internal clock, but I know that it's a sure sign of Spring.  The days will be getting longer, and hopefully winter will take the hint and leave!!  HAHA!!    I thought the birdie wreath stamp would be perfect for today.  I'm looking forward to hearing birds chirping in the morning again!

I think this wreath would be beautiful any time of year - and can fit any season just by switching up the colors.    The matching window die makes it a breeze to cut out too!

I created the background by cutting the Meso Background Die  once in ivory card stock, and once in blue card stock.   I removed all the cut outs from the ivory one and then attached it to a piece of matching ivory card stock that I added adhesive to.  I just ran my tape runner over it several times so that sticky tape is visable inside each of the open windows.  Next I cut the lattice in blue, lined it up over the ivory cut and just pushed the pieces down into the open sticky holes.   A little lace trim makes everything look a little fancier.

Thanks for stopping by today!   I hope you have a beautiful day!

Loving the the little bird x

This is beautiful Jeanne. Anyone would love to look out their window and see such a cute scene...bet your garden looks just like this during Spring time! Love all the really good directions on how you made your card...great idea because I have a tough time getting all those pieces stuck back in by hand!

Beautiful springtime card! I love the products you chose for this card.

I love all colorssss, sweet and beautiful card Jeanne!!! :)

A wonderful tribute to spring Jeanne, love the fresh colours of your stamped image.

Your birdie card is really gorgeous Jeanne! This is one of my favourite stamps and so versatile too. I used it to make all my Christmas cards last year - you can see them here on my blog

I feel the need to make a spring card with it now!

Oh my goodness. First of all, great coloring on that pretty stamp. Most importantly, you used my favorite die cutting technique. Inlay. I love it.

Piękne wianuszki, ale piękniejsze to tło z wykrojnika - bardzo przydatne! Marzenie...

I absolutely love the beautiful background :)

What a fabulous background idea
