A card for goodbye
by Ilona Zbieg

IMG_6719

Hi Poppystamps fans.

Today I invite you to my last inspiration on the Poppystamps blog.

I made a card in juicy yellow color with a white ballerina that comes with blue wings. My ballerina is placed inside white rectangular frame.

My card is a simple as I was trying to use the big dancing ballerina as the main theme of the card. As you could see on all my previous cards I added sequins to finish. I think it is a perfect last touch.

Thank you all for the last few years, when I was able to inspire you on the Poppystamps blog.

Ballerina dance
by Ilona Zbieg

IMG_6731

Hi
Today I have for you the watercolor inspiration in emerald - turquoise colors.
I cut two different ballerinas and I put them on two sides of the flourish. It imitates tracks of the ballerinas movements.
The word "hello" has three layers to make it slightly outstanding and then I added a few sequins to finish.

Flowers bloom
by Ilona Zbieg

IMG_6541

 Hi

Today I would like to present this energetic, positive card. White background is done with two cut outs made with Floribunda Collage one on each side. As usual I used watercolor paper underneath the white one. Stiched Butterfly Trio forthose lovely butterflies - big one layers are again painted with watercolor paints. Please check how the Love text is done - again two layers - one inside the other. I think it looks better then just a single  cut out. I used here the Big Halo Love die.

All is finished with some sequins to make it slightly shiner. Hope you enjoy it!

Hello Poppystamps Fans.

Today I prepared a delicate and fresh C&S card.

I cut a rectangle a little smaller than the base of my card. Then I cut the leaves. Under leaves I glued green paper, painted with watercolors. The word "Hello" has two layers - white and pink. I wrapped my card with green twine. Last step - I add some sequins and spalsh black and turquise paint.

There are some sequins and at the end I  splash sheet of black and pink paint.

Hello and welcome to the fun Poppystamps Blog Blitz. The blog blitz runs from May 10- May 21, 2017.

The new collection full of fairies is magical. My daughter loves the new fairy die.

I colored a white  paper with Peerless Watercolors from Birch Press Design, . This is the background of my fairy.

Because the card will be presented as a gift to a teenager, my daughter's friend, I added a lot of pink color and glitter additive.

HAPPY EASTER card
by Ilona Zbieg

IMG_5372

Hi Everyone.

Today I have for you very easy and simple project.

I love kraft and eco paper. Each design with kraft paper is elegant. You do not need many add-ons and colors to get a niceeffect.

In my projects I often use kraft paper with white additives. Many of my wedding cards have such a style. This time I decided to make an Easter card in a similar way.

As you can see - under the  Squiggle Egg dies, I glued hand-cut egg shape, made of white paper. Corners of the card are decorated with white paper cutouts (Burnished Corner).

Three Easter cards
by Ilona Zbieg

IMG_5353

Today we have three Easter cards which main motive are animals.

First one with two lovely sheeps is made with Ring a Ding corner die. Not typical arrangement but I think it looks good.

Another one with two rabbits made of Serene Rabbit die - this is one I kept simple with a grass-like motive at the bottom made by Tailored Stitches.

Last one which I like a most is the one with those sweet chicks. Hope you enjoy that!
