Welcome to the weekend, y'all! It's Jinny here this morning, sharing a few new goodies from our May 2017 Release. Enjoy!
I started this card by watercoloring a scrap of watercolor paper, moving from left to right, in a rainbow of shades. Once it was dry, I spritzed over it with Pearl mist for a little shimmer and shine and die-cut our new Floribunda Collage florals out of it. I then backed it with a piece of white cardstock and anchored a split panel of white, glitter paper to either side of it with white-threaded, straight, machine stitches. More white-threaded, straight, machine stitches secure a vertical strip of vellum, which was white-embossed with the "THANK YOU fairy MUCH" sentiment from our new Fairy Greetings stamp set.
A length of white string was then wrapped, vertically, around the prepped piece, between the connection of the vellum strip and everything else and tied, in a bow, near the top edge of the prepped piece, before the latter was popped off the surface of the white, cardstock, card face with foam tape.
I then die-cut our new Large Nimble Faerie from white cardstock; popped her body up with foam tape; and applied three shades of glitter to her wings, before adhering them to her back. A sprinkling of clear, sequin blossoms completes the look.
Be sure to stop back by every day through next Sunday, May 21, 2017, to see what my talented teammies have cooked up, using all the newly-released goodies, just for your viewing pleasure. AND don't forget to leave lots of love as you visit; because a new, May Release product is being randomly given away on EACH AND EVERY Poppystamps' blog post. You have until Monday, May 22, 2017, to do so. Winners will be announced, on the Poppystamps blog, the following Wednesday, May 24, 2017. I've got that fabulous Large Nimble Faerie craft die, that you see in action above, to giveaway today.
That's it, from me, for today; but there truly is so much left to see. You simply don't want to miss out. Have fun! Good luck with ALL the glorious prizes; and have a wonderful weekend, Poppystamps friends!

This is so delightful. Evey time I see these fairy's they remind me of the ballerina cake topper decorations that were on my b day cake when I was a little girl. Truly delightful. :)
